Terms and Conditions

1. Terms of this agreement: This is a Rental Agreement only. We will arrange for the delivery of Rental Property to the address described in this agreement. You may keep the Property for up to thirty (30) days. You must notify us 5 business days before the due date in order to arrange a pickup and not to be charged for an extra month’s fee. This Agreement will be renewed automatically if we do not hear from you 5 business days before the end of each term. You will gain no equity or proprietary rights in this Rental Property by renting under this Agreement.
2. PAYMENT: You may pay for rental charges by MasterCard or Visa charge accounts only. Cheques will not be accepted.
3. LATE RETURN POLICY: If you do not return the Property or make it available to Stagers Source by the due date stated above, you will be charged an additional month’s rental fee. If you do not return the property to us or pay the next months rental fee, within (7) days of the due date, you will be liable for the fair market value of the property.
4. LIABILITY: If the Property is lost, stolen, or destroyed, you will be liable for the Fair Market Value of the Property. In addition, you will be fully responsible for any damage or excessive wear of the Property. If at any time we are required to make repairs to the property, we may charge you the reasonable costs and expenses incurred. There should NOT be any pets, smoking, or cooking with strong spices such as curry in the property while the rented items are in your possession. In the event that we pickup the items and discover pet hair or a strong scent on the rented items, you will be charged for either cleaning or replacement value of the items that are damaged.
5. FORBIDDEN ACTS: You may not pawn, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Property. If you do, you will be liable for the fair Market Value of the Property.
6. FAILURE TO RETURN: If you do not return the property within (7) days of the due date, Stagers Source is hereby authorized to charge you/your credit card for all late rental charges and late fees, and the fair market value of the property, by submitting a sales draft against your credit card account, and you authorize its payment by the credit card company with or without your signature.
7. TERMINATION: You may terminate this lease at any time by returning the Property to us. Your liability on termination is limited to paying any outstanding charges, any expense incurred in removing the property from your possession, and any penalties for damage or excessive wear of the Property. You will not be required to pay a termination charge or make a residual payment unless the property is damaged.
8. EFFECT OF SIGNING: By signing this Agreement, you admit you have completely read it and understand it. You also admit you received the Property in good condition. I also understand that my credit card will be charged for any extra month’s fees if I don’t notify Stagers Source 5 business days in advance of the due date to arrange a pickup of their property.

(1) DO NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND IT
(2) YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COMPLETED COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS LEASE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF A SIGNED COPY OF IT.
